Fuer die Batch-Fermentation im 10 L Anzuchtreaktor wird das Medium der Firma xxx verwendet. Der 10 L Anzuchtreaktor ist mit zwei Paddelruehrern und einem Ringsparger ausgeruestet.

I'm using cultivation bioreactor/fermenter for now but I don't know whether that is the correct term.

Thanks in advance for any help.

seed reactor
Explanation:
I think this is about the reactor in which cultivation of certain cells is started so that they can reach a certain cell density before they are transferred to the main reactor, but I am not sure if this is meant here.

"This specification discloses a process for the production of alga biopolymer and alga biomass. The first step of the process is carried out in a **seed reactor**. ...After growth of the alga is initiated, at least a portion of the alga biomass is transferred to a main reactor where the second step of the process is carried out."

cultivation reactor

Explanation:
For yeast, the term "propagation reactor" is also used. I would not use bioreactor, turning timber into ethanol or the like then springs to mind.
Try googling cultivation reactor, lots of descriptions.
