From an auction catalogue. This is an inscription on the 'portrait' of a pig. I am having problems with 'abgemuscht (ausgenommen)'. The dialect, given the birth town of the painter, may be from Alsace Lorraine. I would be grateful for any help.

gutted
Explanation:
I'm not sure about "abgemuscht," but ausgenommen means gutted. The way it's written it would seem that abgemuscht and ausgenommen are supposed to be synonyms.

Asker: Thanks again, ntext - as a vegetarian, gutting pigs doesn't come up much in my conversation! I'm very grateful.
