Network between humans, animals and crops?

English translation:[network created by the] interplay between humans, animals and crops
Explanation:
Only a low confidence level (despite being a country girl born and bred, this is far from my area of expertise professionally!) - and I think your suggestion of "network" is definitely on the right track - but I wonder if a more natural (pun unintended!), idiomatic rendering might work best, something with interplay/interaction?

That would work on its own, in my view. If, however, you are set on the idea of "network", I'd integrate it into the sentence a little more thoroughly - something like "network created by the interplay between...", or "network consisting of..." - as just "network between" doesn't sound quite right, to me.

value chain between animals, land and humans

Explanation:
"Regional marketing of products strengthens the value chain between
animals, land and humans."

'Regional marketing' suggests to me that in this sentence this author is primarily addressing the economic benefits that spring from regional production. That's why I think value chain would be a better fit here than network.
To be fair, I am sure they also want to project an image of promoting harmony between animals and humans. But I am just not seeing it as the main thing in this sentence. 'Netzwerk' doesn't get that across, in my opinion.

the symbiotic relationship between man, [farm] animal and crop

Sorry, I don't think 'network' is at all apposite here. The supposed parallel with social interaction and/or IT sounds rather forced in the context.

Man grows the crop to feed the animal to feed himself (pace Gordon M) and his family. I don't see the relationship between man and animals taken for slaughter as in any way 'harmonious', though I'm sure the crops would appreciate the attention if they were sentient.
This also rather rules out 'value chain', because man is not part of it - unless we include so called 'green burials' in biodegradable coffins!
As for 'interplay', I guess a cow munching grass sort of counts...
