This may be of help to you - I have found alternative translations for "Flugplan" which are "flight timetable" and "flight schedule". Also in the same reference "Flugplanung" (which is similar) is listed with the translation as "preflight planning" so perhaps "preflight plan" is also a possibility for "Flugplan".
