übergehend drehen rough out Explanation: Bit of a shot in the dark. I once worked with NC machinists who used the term "roughing out" to mean machining a part, etc to its approximate dimensions, leaving some material for fine finishing. It seems plausible to me that "übergehend drehen" could mean the same - in this case machining a part to an initial diameter of between 16 and 16.5 mm. |
