It may mean 'does your company have a performance-linked pay scheme?' or 'is part of your pay related to profits?' or perhaps just 'does your company pay bonuses?'
But 'Verguetung' can also refer to royalties/commissions on items sold ie higher rates of commission if sales targets are exceeded and I think we need a bit more context...
