I was just wanting to check that I have the share-related terms correct.

auf den Inhaber lautenden Stückaktien = no-par value bearer shares (with a theoretical interest...)
auf den Inhaber lautende Stammaktien = registered ordinary shares (with an interest...) [which isn't theoretical because they do have a par value]

agree  RobinB: Personally, I prefer “no-par value”, but this really is a matter of personal preference. And two hyphens really aren’t necessary!
