Would like a little more context, especially for "aktivisch/passivisch" as they are often tricky when rendering into English (but NEVER active/passive in accounting-speak!), but it would appear that these are simply items are going to be subtracted (deducted) from some other field.

Thanks very much. I would have liked a little more context too, but this was an isolated paragraph, and in the over 1000 pages of the document, this term did not occur again.
