anførte kontaktinstanser Explanation: Mit umiddelbare bud, idet 'kontaktflade' (eller grænseflade, interface etc., for at gå endnu længere ud!) jo ikke bruges så meget i overført betydning på dansk. Man kan ofte oversætte det med 'kontaktpersoner', men netop i denne sammenhæng kan der jo være tale om afdelinger, filialer, bestyrelsesmedlemmer eller alle mulige andre modtagere, så jeg ville nok vælge at bruge 'instanser' eller et andet lignende neutralt/vagt udtryk.
