عجز التعلم العام Explanation: Auf Arabisch heisst das jetzt عجز التعلم العام aber nicht تخلف عقلي oder اعاقة ذهنية . Zuvor wurde diese Geisteskrankheit als geistige Behinderung oder Intelligenzminderung bezeichnet ( I meine hier den arabischen Begriff تخلف عقلي او اعاقة ذهنية ) Jetzt nennt man es " عجز التعلم العام" oder "الاضطراب العقلي النمائي".
