This is a difficult one: no google hits at all. It may be something to do with pagan priesthood. The sentence in which it appears is as follows:

თუ ქმარი იმ ტოტემივით გაეკერპებინა, საკუთარი ქურუმობის დადასტურებისთვის რომ სჭირდება რომელიმე ჰემ ნეჩერას?

The question that comes before this is "Was she really in love?"
