It's the 'sous forme d’encaissement pour compte, et déduit le produit de cette vente, après déduction des coûts de la facture', which is really stumping me. I know it's very difficult without more context, but does anyone have any idea of how this payment/collection system might work?

important point:

"pour compte" MAY OR MAY NOT imply that some "compte bancaire" is part of the story. Either way it doesn't change anything to the concept.

Collecting money "pour compte [de tiers]" simply means collecting money on behalf of some third party - it DOESN'T means that any bank account must be used for that purpose,

There is NOTHING to prevent "un encaissement pour compte [de tiers]" from being made in cash.
