Explanation:
Sarebbe utile sapere a che vino è associato. Di solito in francese "confit" si usa per i vini "muffati" tipo Sauternes ma anche per rossi molto ricchi (animal mi lascia pensare che si tratta di un rosso, o sbaglio?). Che io sappia molti usano acnche l'aggettivo "confituré". In italiano lo renderei forse con "aromi di frutta candita" ma attenzione la critica enologica è tutto un dosaggio di parole (e purtroppo non tutti i critici sanno usare la parola giusta cosi come codificata dalle scuole di sommeliers).
