Quel serait le sens de cette expression? C'est un entretien d'évaluation professionnelle entre le manager et le fonctionnaire. Il n'y a pas de contexte plus précis, ce sont des phrases détachées. Je crois qu'il s'agit d'un conseil du manager au fonctionnaire, pour augmenter sa motivation.
