Il s'agit décidément d'un plat du jour ou d'un dessert servi avec du groseille rouge. C'est tout ce que je sais. Je ne sais pas s'il s'agit d'un repas chaud ou froid. Il n'y a aucun contexte pour ça. Je n'arrive pas a le trouver a l'internet.

Est ce que vous connaisez quelquechose comme ça? Peut-etre un dessert au chocolat?

Explanation:
Il doit s'agir de cela : le gâteau dénommé "tête de nègre", avec du jus de groseille et du chocolat. je ne vois pas autre chose. Beaucoup d'exemples sur le net.
