Bonjour, Le client exige des garanties. S'il n'obtient pas ces garanties à la réception des installations, il se réserve le droit de les exiger tant qu'il ne les a pas obtenues.

Je préfèrerais "obtenues" à "atteintes" que je ne comprends pas bien ici. Si je connaissais "les garanties particulières ci-après" je pourrais peut-être remplacer ce verbe par un autre, mieux adapté.

"Atteindre" semble se rapporter à une durée : garantie d'un an, par exemple. Tant que la date de fin de garantie n'a pas été atteinte, la garantie reste exigible.
