En http://www.grupoclarin.com/ir/ebitda-sp encontré una definición con su traducción de “ebitda ajusté” que quizás pueda ayudarte:
EBITDA Ajustado : definimos el EBITDA Ajustado como ventas netas menos costo de ventas (excluyendo amortizaciones y depreciaciones) y gastos de comercialización y de administración (excluyendo depreciaciones y amortizaciones).

En cuanto a “Ebitda retraité” pienso que podría ser en terminología contable “Ebitda regularizado”. Encontré una entrada que a lo mejor te da alguna pista: http://www.fef.es/new/images/IEAF/pdf/el mundo.pdf.
