chargé d'affaires

Romanian translation: reprezentant comercial

French to Romanian translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Law: Contract(s)
French term or phrase: chargé d'affaires
Am intalnit acest termen intr-un contract scris integral in
engleza.

In text apare Functia: cutare, chargé d'affaires

Explanation:
Mă gândesc ca ar acoperi sensul, reprezentant comercial al unui stat, aici Uniunea Europeană

Notes to answerer
Asker: Da. Reprezentant, dar nu comercial, eu i-as zice Reprezentant diplomatic.

Explanation:
Cam asa in functie de context. Poate este cineva care semneaza in locul altcuiva care nu este disponibil (este in concediu, de exemplu).

Reference information:
In diplomacy, chargé d’affaires (French for “charged with (in charge of) matters”), often shortened to simply chargé, is the title of two classes of diplomatic agents who head a diplomatic mission on a temporary basis.

Nu-mi dau seama dacă în contextul tău poate fi vorba de un asemenea rol diplomatic.

Din pacate nu si in romaneste (in acest caz), insa solutiile in alte limbi (mai ales in engleza) pot sugera variante romanesti.

Asker: Da, in romana trebuie sa mergem pe bijbaite. Contractul pe care il traduc are patru semnatari: beneficiar (roman), firma de consultanta (din jermania), autoritatea contractanta (romana) plus acest "chargé d'affaires" care semneaza in numele Comisiei Europene, fiindca , virgula, contractul e finantat ISPA cu bani europeni. Eu ma gindesc sa-l las asa fiindca apare la partea finala a contractului, unde sunt semnaturile tuturor boss-ilor
