mandant Explanation: Sensul este de ”cel care constituie”, şi nu ştiu să existe şi forma s. De aceea, traducerea se face în funcţie de natura contractului. Aici, fiind vorba despre un mandat, nu poţi traduce altfel decât prin ”mandatar”.
