Este segmento de texto foi retirado de um documento que estou a traduzir relativamente ao mundo da tradução e da interpretação.
Como é que se pode traduzir "interprétation" e "interprétariat"? "Interprétatio" é, obviamente, "interpretação". E "inteprétariat"?

Interprétariat é a carreira de interpréte (cf. Larousse: Carrière, fonction d'interprète). Não existe esta palavra em português.

Mas no Grand Robert há uma observação, dizendo que esta palavra é criticada, não há motivo para não se usar interprétation.
