Explanation:
I solfiti sono dei conservanti che si usano quasi sempre nella produzione del vino.

Secondo me invece 'batonnité' viene da bastone; anche in Italia si dice "vino fatto col bastone" per indicare un vino di pessima qualità, alterato utilizzando altre sostanze che non sono normalmente previste.
Ha anche un altro significato, come puoi vedere dal secondo link.
