Io lo metterei in inglese. Ad occhio penso che il francese sia una traduzione dell'inglese (non è una costruzione sintattica francese comune) e sui siti italiani ricorre più spesso in inglese che in traduzione, nel qual caso sarebbe in effetti in grani. Si tratta comunque di un metodo di produzione che parte dai chicchi di cereali e non da estratti o da miscele di chicchi e di estratti.
