" Les escaliers balancés ou escaliers tournants.

Ce sont des escaliers pour lesquels les marches sont toutes différentes. Ils changent de direction et peuvent soit tourner d'un quart de tour soit de trois quarts de tour voire un tour complet. Leurs formes peuvent être des plus diverses. Pour la réalisation de ce type d'escalier il est indispensable de faire un plan à l'échelle 1/1 de tout l'escalier."

Δεν διαφωνώ με τον όρο κρεμαστή σκάλα του Νίκου αλλά πιστεύω ότ ισε περιορίζει σε σκάλες που δεν έρχονται σε επαφή με τοίχο ενώ ο όρος στριφτός μπορεί να χρησιμοποιηθεί γενικότερα για να περιγράψει τον όρο σου.

Για να μην υπάρχει παρεξήγηση ως προς τη σημασία της "κρεμαστής σκάλας" (αντιγράφω από τον Πάπυρο):
Οι ολόσωμες βαθμίδες εδράζονται η μία πάνω στην άλλη και πακτώνονται αμφίπλευρα στους τοίχους (μονόπλευρα στην *κρεμαστή κλίμακα*).
Δεν πρόκειται δηλαδή για σκάλα που δεν έρχεται σε επαφή με τοίχο.

ΩΣΤΟΣΟ:
Το "κρεμαστή κλίμακα" πρέπει να μεταφράζει το escalier suspendu.
Και φαντάζομαι ότι υπάρχουν κρεμαστές σκάλες που δεν έχουν σκαλοπάτια μεταβλητού μεγέθους. Οπότε το "στριφτή" της Βαλεντίνης είναι ασφαλέστερο.
