Hallo!

Aus einer allgemeinen Beschreibung von Weintrauben, hier wird die Pflanze als solches beschrieben.

"Les raisins se distinguent par leur couleur et par leur *suage*."

Dazu konnte ich leider gar nichts finden :-(

Explanation:
It could be just a misspelling.

Or maybe it comes from "suer". Larousse has an entry on "suage": Eau qui sort par les deux bouts d'une bûche exposée à la chaleur du feu. I'm not sure whether it's relevant.
