Das wäre mein Tipp.

Im ersten Fall handelt es sich dann um einen Weg + Wasserleitung,
im zweiten um einen Weg + Zufahrtsweg

Die Abkürzungen scheinen in der Schweizer Grundbüchern üblich zu sein:
