Es geht um die Errichtung eines achtstöckigen Bürogebäudes, das wie folgt aufgeteilt wird:

- bureaux de 1er jour d'une SHON de 228 m²
- bureaux de 2ème jour d’une SHON de 226,68 m²
- d’un Restaurant interentreprise (RIE) en rez de chaussée et entresol
- d’un restaurant interentreprise (RIE) en sous-sol
- outre 45 places de stationnement

SHON = surface hors oeuvre nette

Ich habe keine Ahnung, was ein "bureau de 1er/2ème jour" sein könnte. Kann mir jemand helfen?

Explanation:
Mit "de premier jour" ist gemeinst, dass die Büros Fenster haben, also direkten Einfall von Tageslicht. Ein Büro "de deuxieme jour" wäre also ein Büro, das durch künstliche Lichtquellen beleuchtet wird.

Könnte es sein, dass sich diese Angabe auf die (Tages-) Lichtverhältnisse bezieht? Also "de 1er jour" = nach Osten zu gelegen (mit Morgensonne), "de 2ème jour" nach Süden zu.... Ist nur eine Idee..
