Es geht um einen Rechtsstreit wegen Marktabschottung zugunsten der Produkte einer US-Firma:

"La société XY est une société américaine détenant tout un ensemble de droits de propriété intellectuelle, notamment de dizaines de marques communautaires (...). Elle confie dans le monde entier la gestion des droits des **produits dérivés XY** à des agents de licence."

Eine Definition findet sich auf Wikipedia: "Un produit dérivé est, en marketing, un produit issu d'une œuvre, et s'appuyant sur la notoriété de l'œuvre pour vendre. D'un point de vue de la propriété intellectuelle, c'est un travail dérivé."

"Produits licenciés" und "produits officiels XY" werden parallel dazu verwendet. Ich suche den deutschen Fachbegriff und komme gerade über die Hilfskonstruktion "von XY abgeleitete Produkte" nicht hinaus...

nein, z.B. wie oben bei einem Sportler oder auch einem Sänger gibt es T-Shirts usw., und das ist das Merchandising. Habe ich zumindest immer so gesehen.

Asker: Vielen Dank! Ich bin mir allerdings nicht sicher, ob es das trifft. Im vorliegenden Fall geht es um eine Firma, die Sportveranstaltungen organisiert, und die "abgeleiteten" Produkte sind dann z.B. Textilien mit dem Bild eines Sporlers drauf.

Asker: Vielen Dank! In meinem Kontext geht es jedoch ganz konkret um verschiedene Produkte und deren Preisfestsetzung etc.; "Merchandising" ist da zu allgemein.
