Je traduis un relevé d'information sur le bonus d'une client. n'ayant pas de voiture en Allemagne, j'ai découvert les différences entre les deux systèmes. Le relevé mentionne le bonus (Schadenfreiheitsrabatt), mais aussi le "crédit de bonus". Mes recherches ont débouché sur l'explication suivante:

Le coefficient d'origine est de 1 (ou 100%). Chaque année sans sinistre responsable entraîne une réduction de 5% de ce coefficient, jusqu'à atteindre un bonus maximum de 0.50 (ou 50%). En revanche, je ne trouve pas de traduction ou de bonne idée pour traduire ce terme, je ne suis même pas sûre à 100% de l'explication que j'ai trouvée, puisque ma cliente a un crédit bonus de 8%...
