Überziehungsgebühren (Agio) Explanation: Bin leider kein Finanzexperte, aber wenn sich niemand sonst bereit erklärt zu helfen ;-) So weit ich weiß, geht es schlicht um die Überziehungsgebühren, und zwar hier in Form von Zinsen, d.h. nicht als Festgebühr. So wie hier: "qu’il est également justifié que la banque a envoyé à Madame X un courrier daté du 1er octobre 2010 indiquant que le taux des agios débiteurs serait le TBNPP + 5,50 % à compter du 1er janvier 2011 que Madame X ne peut pas contester avoir reçu..."
