Hallo,

in einem Leitfaden für Kosmetikanwendungen, Gesichts- und Ganzkörpermassagen kommen immer wieder die beiden oben genannten Begriffe vor. "Effleurage" habe ich bis jetzt mit "sanftes Massieren" übersetzt. Wie könnte ich "lissage" im Gegensatz dazu übersetzen?

Main droite sur épaule droite, effectuer, avec la main gauche, un lissage appuyé sur la partie gauche du dos x3
Répéter la manœuvre a droite
Lissage global, manœuvres appuyées simultanées les deux cotés, des épaules au bas du dos. x3
