ich konnte zum angegebenen Begriff nichts Eindeutiges finden. Danke im Voraus für Hinweise!

Cet atelier permet aux participants de se familiariser avec l’âne comme animal de trait, d'apprendre à utiliser et à régler la Kassine pour les travaux courants, d’aborder le travail du sol « en douceur » et les *productions sur buttes* (légumes, plantes, petits fruits).

Später im Text kommt auch der Begriff "culture sur billon" vor, diesen habe ich mit "Dammkultur" übersetzt. Ich glaube nicht, dass es dasselbe ist.
