Aber vielleicht könnte man das in etwa so noch minimal abändern: "le relevé des factures échues figurant dans votre compte tel que dans les livres de XYZ" = "eine Aufstellung der sowohl in Ihrem Konto als auch in den Büchern von XYZ verzeichneten fälligen Rechnungen" (Man könnte den Satz wohl auch folgendermaßen interpretieren, aber ich würde auch eher zur o. g.
