reorient, make (the company) pivot Explanation: In US EN, pivot is a trendy neologism I started noticing a couple of years ago. Reorient is more traditional but perhaps stodgy, depending on the audience. Pivot usually is an intransitive verb - i.e., the company pivots or is made to pivot, rather than someone pivoting the company.
