In the section of a construction specification entitled: IMPLANTATION DE REFERENCES ET RELEVES
These procedures are to be conducted by a Chartered Surveyor:

Reports d’implantations dans le bâtiment:

- 4 points (ou plus si nécessaire) de repères d’axes seront mis en place à chaque niveau par le Géomètre expert (et maintien des repères jusqu’à la fin du chantier),

- Les traits de niveaux seront mis en place à 1,00 mètre du nu fini sur les murs, poteaux et à tous endroits nécessaires permettant des contrôles.
- Les traits de niveaux seront rebattus autant de fois que nécessaires jusqu’à l’achèvement des travaux TCE et seront effectués dans un matériau visible effaçable et n’affectant pas les ouvrages.

I think "implantations" would be "setting out points", but my sources suggest "transfers" for "reports", but the bullet points do not suggest that anything is being transferred - maybe "marking" would be an alternative in this context?

I'm not sure if "stakings" is right here. Perhaps "markings" is best . But I'm not expert in the field. Sorry.
