agree  Tony M: Your second ref. supporting 'fluting' certainly seems convincing. / Your first ref. is not native EN, and I have some reservations; please note it also spells 'stripyness' (neither that or your own version with -i- corresponds to what I would expect)

agree  Charles Davis: Tony's right. Fluting effect is authentic. Your first ref. suggests "washboard effect" and this has plenty of support in native English industry sources. So "fluting effect" or "washboard effect".
