Explanation: L'expression "peripheral photography" semble être utilisée pour désigner une photo à 360° centrée sur un objet ou une personne, par opposition au panoramique classique. Quelques centaines de références trouvées par google... A noter qu'il existe aussi "rollout photography" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rollout_photography), mais cela ne me semble pas correspondre au cas qui vous concerne.
