nuclear cable / nuclear-grade armoured power cable

Explanation:
If HTA stands for medium voltage (MV) and K1 stands for nuclear grade electrical cable sheathing/jacketing/taping/tubing then such electrical cables must be designed to withstand radiation levels and temperatures attainable inside nuclear stations' containment buildings. They can for example be made of a heavy-wall, flame retardant, cross-linked polyolefin and pre-coated with a nuclear-grade adhesive. Such cable sheathing/jacketing/taping/tubing is often called: armoured cable with nuclear-grade sheathing/jacketing/taping/tubing, or in short:

- nuclear cable
- nuclear power cable
- nuclear-grade armoured power cable
- armoured power cable for hazardous locations
- power cable with nuclear-grade sheathing/jacketing/taping/tubing/armour

neutral  philgoddard: I don't understand this. Only one of your references is bilingual, and I can't see where the phrase appears in it.

-> Very true: my bilingual reference does not contain my suggested translation. Nevertheless, my monolingual references do show that my suggested translation exist and is used in the nuclear-power industry.
