I am translating a medical record for a member of the Canadian army. In several places, I find "nom de
l'OP/Ex, "Nom de OP", "Shadow file OP" (I know, "Shadow file" is already English. This is one of the only English terms in the document).

O could be "Officier"? But P? And what about "Ex"
