Medical - Medical (general) / Hospitalisation report
French term or phrase: G1 NLM NLT
Hi everyone,

Currently translation a hospitalisation report of a patient with paroxysmal nocturnal haemoglobinuria.
I have in this report multiple abbreviations following one of his issues:
- "Constipation opiniâtre sur le dernier mois G1 NLM NLT"
- "Hématome intramusculaire (G1 NLM NLT)"

The number after the G sometimes changes:
- "Hématome du psoas droit (G2 NLM NLT)"

and sometimes the other abbreviations change ("G3 LM LT possible").

Could "G" mean "gravité"?
Could "N" mean normal?

Thanks
