In a marketing document outlining how they will conduct a promotional campaign centered around sporting events.

"Vos filiales pourraient en complément organiser des réceptifs et opérations d’animations de leurs clients ou distributeurs."

I wanted to just say something like "promotional events" for "opérations d'animations" but wondering if there is something more accurate (text doesn't specify what these operations would involve - although elsewhere reference is made to a "caravane de démonstration", which may be part of it)

on second analysis, I wonder if this would not simply be "entertainment" given the fact that the text mentions "réceptifs"
