Pour finir, je voudrais dire que le management et moi-même avons travaillé sur les valeurs qui nous paraissent essentielles dans la réussite de notre société, nous les vivons déjà, nous voulons les vivre avec vous

Doesn't a literal translation sound odd? Any other suggestions?

Explanation:
I think a literal translation actually works fine, but in case you want some options... :-)

Example sentence(s):
  • In closing, I would like to say that Management and I have worked on establishing/determining the values we believe are essential to the success of this company; we're already applying them, and we want to apply them with you.

we want to embrace them with you

Explanation:
..just a suggestion based on personal experience of this kind of corporate BS.

This is taken from jacobs.com 'people are our greatest asset' presentation.
"Share Company Values
Embrace our Company values, behave
professionally and ethically, and treat
others with respect. Be boundaryless."

Apologies for the cynicism :)

neutral  Marc Theriault: I like it too, but to me it means that the company wants to adopt the values, whereas the French text says that the company already embraced them and now wants to share them with the employees. Am I giving a wrong meaning to "embrace"?
2 hrs
-> 'Embrace' does has the same sense of 'adopt' but perhaps gives more of a sense of zeal, as in embracing a cause or embracing an opportunity.

agree  Nikki Scott-Despaigne: Had the same doubts as Marc, until I realized that you can simply link the last two phrases : "... and now we would like to embrace them with you". I know, "would" is not "want" but it sounds more natural in English here to use the conditional.
10 hrs
-> Thanks Nikki. 'Would' is much more natural I agree.

we want them to live with/amongst you

Explanation:
I understood this to mean that re. the essential values,

"We live by them, and we want them to live with you".

i.e. We uphold and swear by these values, and we would like them to take a place in your life....

Or even:

"We live by our values, and we want you to KEEP THEM ALIVE"
