I'm not sure whether this is a common Marketing term or not as it used in italics in the text. So, I've gone with "triggering" for the moment. But if anyone knows otherwise, I'd be grateful to learn about it!

"Les facteurs « déclencheurs » de l’achat XYZ (nom de marque) concernent en priorité ces mêmes moyens informels de recommandation (53,6%) et de test de la marque (53,6%) auprès de l’entourage personnel et professionnel, devant la recommandation de barmans/barmaids (44,2%) et la PLV en boutique (44,2%).
