championing a price, a technology and a quality

Explanation:
Low confidence because this is only part of a phrase, and whether or not it will work in your context depends on a lot of uinknown factors, particularly whether you want to retain the indefinite article or not.

But all I can offer, without more background information

distributor endorses the manufacturer's pricing, product quality as well as production methods

Explanation:
Hello,

I think "endorse" may work here in a distribution agreement for "dfense".

Also:

prix = pricing

technique (feminine word here) = production methods

qualité = quality

All said in my very humble opinion.

I hope this helps.

My understanding is that the distributor will:

1)sell it as a price that the manufacturer would find reasonable (considering what it was bought for)

2) treat it and sell it with the quality that the manufacturer has set for it

3) respects how the product was produced as told by the manufacturer (discloses it, promotes it, etc)

I don't think you'd want something "snappy" in a distribution agreement, no? This is a formal document, and thus requires more "formal" language.

See this link below. I think we're dealing with proprietary product lines

Perhaps we're not dealing with proprietary product lines....was just over-reflecting!

I'm not sure about the best way to translate "technique". Perhaps "production methods" is too broad. Perhaps just "methods", and skip "production".
