French term or phrase: L’oie unique fait plume neuve !
The only context I can give here is that this is for a restaurant/bar in Brussels called "L'Unique" and I am afraid this may be a virtually untranslatable pun on the restaurant title.
The deadline on this one will fall in a couple of hours so please send your ideas as soon as you have them.

New look for L'Unique
Explanation:
May work if the context is renovation, not a new menu! Confidence Level 2 purely due to lack of further context.
This suggestion has the advantage that "new look" repeats most of the sounds contained in the name "L'Unique".

Thanks Colin! I think the idea of a "new look" is the best one here so I have used it in my text.

The Oie Unique adds a new feather to its cap

Explanation:
I can find reference to the "Oie Unique" in Brussels, which is a bar/restaurant. If this is the restaurant you are dealing with, the name needs to remain as such in the translation.

The play on words obviously comes from the "plume", the normal expression being "peau neuve", so I would retain the idea of a feather in the English text.

agree  Evans (X): or maybe "preens its feathers"
2 mins
  -> Thanks Gilla. Yes, preen is a good idea

agree  Sheila Hardie: I like Gilla's suggestion of 'preens its feathers' too
20 mins
  -> Thanks Sheila

neutral  writeaway: faire peau (ok-plume here to be cute) neuve means it's going to be completely redone/remodelled/renovated. none of these suggestions reflects that, imo
57 mins
  -> Point taken, it may not suggest that it's having a refurb, but it suggests the place has got something better to offer now. Perhaps The Oie Unique makeover puts a new feather in its cap?

neutral  emiledgar: agree with writeaway, not just a feather but a completely new skin, down and feathers.
2 hrs
  -> Agree, but I think this makes it clear that it's got something much better to offer now

neutral  philgoddard: You can't translate "L'Oie Unique" as "The Oie Unique".//Don't translate it. It's called L'Oie Unique, not The Oie Unique.
6 hrs
  -> If this is the name of the restaurant, then how do you suggest it's translated?

agree  Carol Gullidge: I like the alliteration! Pity there isn't more context
14 mins
  -> Thanks!

agree  writeaway: the name of the place is L'Oie unique. maybe they are now converting it into a restaurant (or not..). It's an 'apero-bar'. http://www.openevent.be/events_proposition-2602-L_oie_Unique...
1 hr
  -> Thanks!

agree  Mark Nathan: Probably the most helpful translation that has been suggested, assuming the context is some sort of renovation.

agree  ormiston: i like this if the place is expanding but honestly wonder if the average ENglish speaker will know it is a bird. if there is a picture it woul work!
1 hr
  -> Thanks ormiston. If it is addressed to clientele, the may know, but you are right that a picture would help.

ON the basis of discussion entry by Anthony, I would say then:

This unique goose rises again (from the ashes)!

This is just a play on words in the sense that if the restaurant has closed down and now been redecorated with a new name, it is recreating itself to become stronger (in a business sense of course).
