This is taken from a marketing piece outlining a company's committment to reducing waste, helping the environment etc.
Previous to this statement, the author has outlined several objectives to be met, such as increased recycling, reduced use of overpackaged products etc. The phrase refers to plans for the future. Their new warehouse, it is hoped, will use less energy, improve treatment of effluents and so on.

'we are banking/counting on the measures outlined for the running/ operating of our new warehouse?'

I'm sure there must be something better for the first part.

If they're not confident that it's going to work how can they count on it? Is it desperation time? I've been given one sentence. It's a marketing document. They tend to be upbeat as far as I know.

Generally, of course, "miser sur" is to count on something to acheive an objective. Something along the lines of "counting on these solutions to reduce waste / the company's eco footprint.

As this isn't specified as such, would it be possible to translate along the lines of:

We will be putting these measures/solutions into practice for the day-to-day running of our new warehouse / in our new warehouse operations.

given that the eco aspect is implicit in the surrounding text?
