  -> You're right- on reflection I agree induction would be better.
neutral  polyglot45: not "orientation" - in the sense that that would mean pointing them in a particular direction. "Accueil" means that when they enter the firm, they need an enhanced or more developed induction process

agree  philgoddard: Orientation is the same as induction. It doesn't just mean vaguely pointing them in the right direction, it means formal training.
