This is a "simple" sentence from a Privacy Policy but I feel like I'm going in circles and can't render it unless I change the end:

Il est précisé que les destinataires visés ci-dessus ne sont destinataires que des données nécessaires à la finalité impliquant une telle communication

Here is the paragraph that precedes it:

Par ailleurs, vos données pourront être communiquées à toute autorité légalement habilitée à en connaître, en particulier en cas de réquisition en provenance des autorités judiciaires, policières ou administratives.
Il est précisé que les destinataires visés ci-dessus ne sont destinataires que des données nécessaires à la finalité impliquant une telle communication.


I am toying with something like:
It is hereby stated that the abovementioned recipients only receive the data necessary to fulfill the specific purpose in question.
but am afraid of leaving something out. Any suggestions welcome! Thank you.
