I know that BIM stands for Building Information Modeling software, the word giving me difficulty here is "foule", not sure how to translate it here, obviously "démarche" is "approach" or "process".

Foule as crowdsourcing does seem unlikely from the rest of the context: could it simply be a phonetic mistake/autocorrect for "full"?
