French term or phrase: taux d'état
"La société est particulièrement reconnue pour son expertise en monétaire, taux d’état et crédit de la zone Euro."

Is this another way to say bond rates?

government fixed income
Explanation:
Of course, "taux" literally means "interest rates", but in investment it's often equivalent to "fixed income". So, ".... recognised for its expertise in Eurozone money market, government fixed income and credit investment." Or something like that :-)

@Stephanie – bonds are a type of fixed income instrument.

Note: you don't need to include "rates" in the answer. "Taux" here means "fixed income", not literally "rates".
