Redemption orders for series N-7 through N-12B may be placed starting on April 12, 2010, and any orders placed before then will be ignored. Redemption request must be received in good order by 4:00 PM Toronto time on June 9, 2010. T2033 transfers may be faxed to 1-877-384-4814. All other instructions should be made through Fundserv.

Explanation:
I'm fairly sure this is just a fancy way of saying maturities/maturity dates. The Bank will not invest any of the assets under management in assets with less than four maturities/maturity dates each calendar year.

Explanation:
Date at which the bank can dénoncer un mandat (given to someone else) associated with investing assets under management in some other vehicle, such as a fund. Effectively, a withdrawal date. It is saying it won't invest unless there are at least four opportunities a year to pull out. Not the same as a maturity.

neutral  joehlindsay: I think this would still be called 'maturity date'. I haven't ever heard of 'termination date' or 'withdrawal date' used in this way (US usage)).
